DialStream is a discounted online service provider.  It is recommended that you order all services online.  Some services ordered by phone will have an additional phone order processing fee of $3.95 per item.

To Signup for Service - You must signup online for Standard or STRIPPED Plans.

You may signup for Premium Service either online or by phone.  It is suggested that you signup online first, then if you would like assistance getting connected to the net, if you are unable to figure it out using our online support reference center on www.dialupcenter.com, then call the premium support line.  This way, you avoid any phone ordering fees.

Technical Support / Billing Department

Billing concerns, and issues with accelerators, or email service are not handled via telephone by any department.  Technical Support is reserved for the most important function, getting online.  Once you are connected to the internet, everything else is available via Support Ticket on our support website.  DialStream customers on the Premium plan, are provisioned an account that may use the 24 hour support line.  This department handles issues with getting connected to the internet.  If you are a basic, STRIPPED, or standard new customer, any issues with initial signup will also have to go through support ticket.  Allow 1 business day for resolution on tickets.
