To Signup for Service - You must signup
online for Standard or STRIPPED Plans.
You may signup for Premium Service either
online or by phone. It is suggested that you signup online
first, then if you would like assistance getting connected to the
net, if you are unable to figure it out using our online support
reference center on
www.dialupcenter.com, then call the premium support line.
This way, you avoid any phone ordering fees.
Dialup accounts are
activated live after running through a 12 point fraud screen.
All fraud orders are
prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
Do NOT Order online
unless you provide a valid e-mail address, and contact number
for immediate callback if necessary. The card used to
order service must be the customers or a knowledgeable informed
spouse.
Unverifiable orders are suspended without notice.

Payment Policy (Recited
from Terms of Service)
DialStream is a
wholesale to public virtual internet service provider. Our billing is done per
calendar month with set billing dates. There is no
prorating.
When you sign up, you
are charged for the current month at the time of signup,
regardless of the time of month. All future payments will
be charged on the 24th of the month. Customers signing
up at the end of the month will still pay for the current and
upcoming month. If you sign-up on or after the 24, and
login to the system in the current month, you will still see 2
charges. One for the current month, and one for the
upcoming month.
Price Lock Guarantee*
If your plan
has a price lock guarantee: The price lock
guarantee is extended to special plans and promo customers. In the event that website
prices or plans change, the customers enrolled under the price lock
guarantee will NOT be affected. The price for these
customers will remain the same. Raw access
customers are not extended this offer. Account must
remain in good standing, and payment method voluntarily
kept up to date.

Internet is provided to the end user as a "Wholesale to
the Public" internet service provider. We do our
best to maintain a quality network and provide the best
prices possible. This website is designed
specifically for those who are knowledgeable and can
establish their own internet connection on their machine
using Windows DUN (Dialup Networking) Once provided
with a username, and password from our network, and
locating local access numbers from our database. Technical support
is available during business hours for those who cannot
establish a connection due to an error code in the 610-768
range only. It is the end users responsibility to
make sure service is available in their area BEFORE
subscribing by going to the access numbers page, and
documenting the access numbers they wish to use.
Make sure the access numbers are within a network you are
allowed to access because of the plan you subscribed to.
If it is an
emergency, and you cannot connect, or you need to report
an outage, DialStream Platinum and Platinum PLUS users may
call Priority Support at 1-800-868-1934 ext. 4 up to 10PM
CST.
Message from the Fraud Prevention
Department
All orders
received are verified within 24 hours. Any
fraudulent orders, or attempts will be prosecuted to the
fullest extent of the law. We collect 12 types of
data during to order to prevent any fraud attempt, and
work closely with the local governments of all 50 states.
We reserve the right to use proxy bypass and Caller ID
bypass technology to ensure orders are legitimate.
We reserve the right to terminate any account that we cannot
verify, or goes into a VOIP based voicemail system and does not
reach a live person. |
